The fonds consists of Cleo Mowers' personal papers related to the Lethbridge Herald, F.P. Publications, the Herald vs. Paletta legal case, the Liberal Party, Metric Conversion Canada (MCC), the Canadian Water Resources Association (CWRA), Alta-Fresh and Fresh Food Farms, carrots, and Meadowlark Gardens.
The University of Lethbridge Foundation was incorporated in Alberta in 1967 for the purpose of raising funds from the private and corporate donors to support the University. Its name was changed to Friends of the University of Lethbridge in 1968. It ceased operations in 1981. The fonds consists of charter documents, minutes, correspondence, membership lists, and contributor lists.

Turcotte: his writings; vacation souvenirs; university lecture notes and student papers; Rotary Club papers; Liberal Party papers; Southern Alberta Water Conservation Council records; speeches and correspondence from his career in Lethbridge municipal politics; records of significant cases from his legal practice; judge's note books and other records of his judicial career; University of Lethbridge papers; records of provincial commissions of inquiry he chaired concerning alleged irregularities in the Town of Taber, the City of Calgary, and Lethbridge Central Feeders Association; scrapbooks; awards; photographs; and two audio cassettes.
The fonds consists of family and personal memorabilia and photographs, correspondence, newspaper articles and essays on the United Farmers of Alberta and other topics, and university student essays.
