- Placing holds on signed out library materials
- Paying overdue fines
- Accessing library materials having locations of ULethbridge Ask At A Service Desk or ULethbridge Remote Storage, or having status messages of FOR REPAIR, IN PROCESS, or ON DISPLAY.
- Buying audio-visual equipment supplies (e.g., dry erase markers, batteries)
- Conducting research - finding, locating, evaluating and using information resources for assignments, research papers and other information needs
