- Individuals who are currently enrolled in credit courses offered through The University of Lethbridge at the graduate or post-graduate level (including local Master of Counselling students) or who have accepted an offer of admission to a collaborative program at the graduate or post-graduate level and who are currently registered in courses forming a part of that program
- Master of Social Work (University of Calgary, Lethbridge Division) students residing in the Lethbridge area (less than 90 km outside the city limits of Lethbridge)
- Others as authorized by the University librarian
