- employed by the University of Lethbridge to provide instruction in courses offered on the University of Lethbridge Calgary Campus, or
- employed as University of Lethbridge faculty or staff on the Lethbridge campus and are temporarily engaged in work- or research-related study that places them at an off-campus location that is more than 90 kilometres outside the city limits of Lethbridge*
*Individuals in category B. above, should apply for extended library services by completing the Library Borrowing Privileges Application form, choosing "UofL Distance" as their "primary campus".

- all Curriculum Laboratory materials are subject to variable, discretionary loan periods when in high demand by students enrolled in the teacher-education program

Interlibrary Loan:
NOTE: Some restrictions apply to distance faculty (not including faculty on Calgary campus)
- number of fully subsidized requests filled per fiscal year = 1.0 X Quota*
- cost per filled request over per user quota = average lending fee paid by the University Library to lending institutions**.

*Quota is established on an annual basis according to the available budget, average cost of the lending fees and the number of eligible users. Quota will be prorated for appointments of less than a year in duration.
