We can help you find information for your research or assignments and can teach you how to search our library holdings, our databases or e-reference resources.

  • Booking, checking out and returning audio-visual equipment and software

  • Placing holds on signed out library materials
  • Paying overdue fines
  • Accessing library materials having locations of UofL Ask At A Service Desk or UofL Remote Storage, or having status messages of FOR REPAIR, IN PROCESS, or ON DISPLAY.
  • Buying audio-visual equipment supplies (e.g., dry erase markers, batteries)
  • Conducting research - finding, locating, evaluating and using information resources for assignments, research papers and other information needs
