These offices provide the Library with a copy of each graduate student's completed and approved Thesis/Project as well as documentation required to enable submission of a digital copy of each thesis to the Theses Canada portal maintained by Library and Archives Canada.

Submitting and Accessing Completed Theses and Projects

Detailed requirement information (e.g., format regulations, use of copyrighted material, binding guidelines, binderies) and required forms for completing a Thesis or Project are available from the School of Graduate Studies (see Forms and the Policies & Guidelines for each graduate program).

Copies of completed and approved graduate theses and projects are made available in the University Library's online catalogue and electronically from the OPUS Research Repository. Digital copies of theses are also available via the Theses Canada portal maintained by Library and Archives Canada.
