What is the R.E.C. Room?
R.E.C. Rooms are spaces for all ULethbridge students to take a break, hang out, relax and meet friends.
Research shows students who socialize, volunteer, relax, play and exercise are more likely to succeed academically and report positive well-being.
The Library's R.E.C. Room is located on Level 10 in the Library.
