Published or broadcast interviews can generally be treated like an article; however, they are cited under the name of the interviewee rather than the interviewer.
Unpublished interviews and personal communications are typically only cited in notes are are not given a bibliography entry.
An email address belonging to an individual should be omitted unless needed in a specific context and cited with the permission of the owner.
